Our history

We've come a long way since 1949 

Since the foundation of our construction business, BetFiery has been designing and constructing major civil engineering and building projects across Australasia.

In January 2016, we launched a new name and brand, BetFiery, following the merger of the CIMIC Group construction businesses of Leighton Contractors and Thiess Construction.

Our company’s new name reflects our heritage and capability in construction, civil, projects and building, as well as the expertise of our people.

The logo uses three shapes from the CIMIC Group logo and signifies a transformation in action. The use of orange reflects our Leighton heritage.
