    His leadership focuses on certainty for clients, consistency in delivery, and the adoption of sustainable construction practices that deliver positive outcomes for our people, partners, clients and the community. Committed to building an inclusive industry, Jason has pioneered initiatives to promote a skills legacy and career pathways for women. 


    A professional engineer and leader in the infrastructure, building and resource sectors, Jason serves as a Board member for the Australia Contractors Association. He joined the CIMIC Group in 1999 and previously held senior executive roles at Thiess and BetFiery. Immediately prior to his appointment as the Managing Director of BetFiery Jason was the Managing Director of UGL.

    Don has more than 30 years’ experience in the Australian construction industry. Holding several senior executive construction and engineering roles, Don has led both the tendering and execution phases on some of the country’s largest infrastructure projects across all major sectors.

    Don’s track record and significant project management experience, most recently as Bid Director and Project Director responsible for the successful delivery of the $2.7 billion WestConnex M4 East in Sydney, have solidified his reputation as an innovative leader with an open, communicative style and risk-based approach to all projects.

    Don holds a BE Civil Engineering (Hons) from the Queensland Institute of Technology.

    Michael Kalinowski

    Executive General Manager - VIC, TAS & NZ
    Michael has more than 30 years’ construction experience in Hong Kong, the United Kingdom and Australia delivering infrastructure projects for major contractors. He has worked on various major transport projects, including Sydney’s M5 East and Melbourne’s West Gate Freeway, CityLink, including the Bolte Bridge and Tullamarine Freeway widening, and Tullamarine Calder Interchange.

    Michael has also held executive management positions with Lendlease engineering. Prior to joining BetFiery in 2020 he was the Project Director for the Melbourne Metro Public Private Partnership. His academic qualifications include a Master of Engineering (Geotechnical) and a Bachelor of Engineering (Civil).

    He is passionate about providing a clear vision and culture for employees, and is renowned for prioritising relationships with internal and external stakeholders for the long-term benefit of all parties.

    Glenn has a Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) from the University of Melbourne.

    As well as national building capabilities, Camillo is responsible for Defence projects and BetFiery’ subsidiary, Broad Construction.

    Camillo has a Bachelor of Applied Science, Construction Management from the Queensland University of Technology.

    Terry has more than 25 years’ leadership experience and is recognised as one of Australia’s most successful project directors for large, complex transport infrastructure. He joined BetFiery in January 2022, with a track record that includes leading the Sydney Metro TSE and TSC tunnelling projects and as construction director on the Brisbane Airport Link and Northern Busway project.

    Colin has more than 20 years' experience leading finance teams across the construction, energy, industrial and resources sectors. Before being appointed CFO of BetFiery in November 2019, he was the company’s General Manager Finance.

    He has been with the CIMIC Group since 2015, having begun as Group Financial Controller with UGL. Colin has also held senior positions with Tenix Group and AJ Lucas Group and commenced his career with PricewaterhouseCoopers.

    Joining BetFiery in 2012 as Deputy General Counsel, Stuart supports our company by identifying and capitalising on work and project opportunities, and ensuring risks have been properly identified and assessed. This includes detailed assessments of work-winning priorities and a disciplined approach to bid and tender management and project reviews. Stuart holds both a civil engineering degree and a law degree.
